ensure that our client´s projects are communicated effectively.
In the last 12 months Truescape has secured projects with some of the leading utilities and developers of energy
and transmission projects in Australia, we are now looking to refresh our New Zealand domestic market and build on
Australian early market entry initiatives where we already have a portfolio of quality energy clients.

The Role:
- Using your excellent research skills you will be able to identify high value opportunities and secure the
"all important" first meeting with the key players;
- You are credible when talking to senior management and key project personnel to ensure Truescape´s value
proposition is understood at all levels of the opportunity;
- Your communication skills are exemplary as you will be constantly interacting with Truescape´s New Zealand
production office;
- You are familiar and credible at delivering focused presentations that target key issues you have previously
researched;
- We pride ourselves on our written proposals that are clear, concise and unambiguous. They are presented in a
professional and well articulated manner. You will demonstrate all of the skills needed to develop and enhance
this very important sales initiative;
- The upkeep, self maintaining and continued improvement of Truescape´s "Salesforce" CRM tool
is fundamental to the success of this role;
- Maintaining relationships with existing Australian and New Zealand clients is equally as important as
developing new ones. The key responsibility is to nurture existing relationships whilst maintaining existing
revenue streams and developing ongoing and repeat business with each client;
- You may be asked to represent Truescape at Tradeshows, workshops and other industry symposiums in Australia
and New Zealand;
- There may be times where business development activity located outside the Australasian market requires your
involvement;
- You will demonstrate all of the attributes of an individual capable of working remotely whilst also being a
high performing team member;
- You will be a healthy and energetic person who is tolerant of dealing with travel and the related stress.
- This role is expected to meet and exceed predetermined sales targets.
- A bonus structure for obtaining and exceeding these targets will be part of the package;
- You will be provided with the necessary technology resources to be successful in the role (Laptop, iPad,
blackberry etc…)
